Dear Jason, The Children’s Charity and BIC,

Thank you so much for your gift of pencils and crayons for the NT kids and families we service at KICS.

KICS is a travelling playgroup that visits some of the most remote and disadvantaged children in the Territory. For them, a quick trip to the shops to buy the kids some crayons is just not possible. As such, being able to offer every child who came to playgroup a small pencil case with these items was invaluable and allowed them to continue learning and playing at home.

In addition to using the donation to equip families at home, we also used them for our art activities at playgroup, specifically mask making and decorating, which was very popular.
